The base material is to be 6-9 mm (1/4" - 3/8" thick) sheet stock hdf (or possibly mdf) that is laminated on one side with a durable continuous fake (impregnated paper) woodgrain effect (note: Non-planked) in 4 different varieties of stain/color and coated on the other so as to make the panels very resistant to warpage. We have seen materials like this in hong kong in flooring outlets. Further we would like these panels cut to an exact modified rectangular shape and size (4 different sizes), drilled with 4 precise holes each and finished with a smooth, if possible, black edge. Also, we require a quantity of these same panels above to be laminated (or possibly hot stamped) with a thin but durable, brushed metal effect on the opposing (non-wood) side also in 4 (metallic) varieties. We are interested in finding a reliable, quality-orientated overseas partner for this project and are anxious to begin asap.
